About the property

Welcome to Villa Åkerlyckan. A house among the fields outside Kävlinge in Skåne. Six guests, three bedrooms (two king size, one queen), two bathrooms, kitchen, garden, and fireplace. The hot tub maintains a temperature of 38.5°C year-round. Wifi is available if you need it. Netflix, Disney+, and Sonos are also provided — they don't set the pace. A week here is intentionally slow. Cook. Sit outside. Walk to Kävlingeån. The golf course is 1.8 km away. Lund takes about 15 minutes, Malmö a bit more, when you want to go to town — they are not the reason for the house. The house accommodates a family weekend, a romantic quiet weekend, a birthday, or a bachelorette party. The same house, the same pace. Not a schedule.
