Who is responsible
Rouiada Abbas is the data controller for the information you give on villaakerlyckan.se. HemmaBo provides the booking system and processes the data on the host's behalf.
What we collect
Name, e-mail and phone number. The dates of your stay and the number of guests. What you write in messages or in the chat on the site. Payment is handled by Stripe; the host never sees your card number.
Why we use it
To carry out your booking and stay, send the confirmation and practical information, and meet bookkeeping requirements. Offers are sent only if you have said yes.
Who helps the host
HemmaBo (booking system), Stripe (payment), Brevo (booking e-mails), Supabase and Vercel (storage and hosting). If you write in the chat, the message is sent to OpenAI to produce a reply. If the host syncs the calendar with other booking channels, only the booked dates are shared. Providers outside the EU/EEA are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed for the booking and the stay, and after that as long as the bookkeeping rules in the host's country require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a machine-readable format. A booking request may get an automatic risk score, but the host always makes the decision and you can ask for the reason. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your language, and anonymous visit statistics without cookies. No advertising cookies.
Security
Data is sent encrypted and stored with providers that use safeguards. Only those who need the data have access to it.
